For those who register as brain donors at the PNUH Brain Bank, clinical assessments of dementia or motor disorders will be provided with the financial support of the Korea Centers for Disease Control.

1.Counsel with the coordinator of the Brain Bank (+82-10-6687-7311, +82-51-240-7466).
2. After indicating your intention to donate the brain, fill out and sign the consent form (can be     submitted by visiting the office or by mailing it)
3. You are registered as a brain donor
